now i want to allocate the people

there are two types of group of people

DP 1- sameer ,suyog,isha etc
DP 2- shikha, jai,vrushali etc

only DP2 will be assigned randamly for target lesion, non target lesion,visit response etc

DP1 will be assigned randomly to other forms except target lesion, non target lesion,visit response etc.
