I need help using either formulas or tables or both to manage work orders with two types of deadlines, response time and completion time. I don't need a timer, just formulas to see what dates and times work orders are due.
For instance Urgent work order (P1) have one hour deadline for response time, and 4 hours until it must be completed. P1 received at 24/05/17 10:30am, Response time due is 24/05/17 11:30am, and Completion time it is due is 24/05/17 2:30pm.

Is there a formula or several formulas and tables that can make it easy to do using excel. I still want to manually type in P1, or P2, or P4, and time and date the work order was received, then it automatically calculates the response time and completion time deadlines in the next cells.

Hopefully the question makes sense
