Dear Ahoy,

Thanks for your quick reply, however i want a YTD formula with subsequent month getting added automatically as the month gets changed, please help me

How are you adding the new months?
Are you inserting them before the Grand Total columns using insert column or some other method? Does the first month all ways start at the same column (as in my example above would the first month always be in column B)?
