You cannot add or change a record because a related record is required in table

My Database was working OK but I needed to chase some of my relationships to enforce data integrity as my report wasn't pulling of the names correctly just showing the ID Key not the actually data but now I'm unable to add new data using my forms.

I've been though all my forms and made them long integer but it still not working only way I got it to work again is take out the tick for enforce referential integrity but then the report doesn't work.

Can anyone help me please? I can provide a dummy sheet if needed.

any nulls in your data table, that are set to be not null

Not that I can see, everything that should have data has data.
