Year to automatically update in query?

How do I write a formula in the criteria section of a query to get the currnet year. I have a field titled Year with multiple years in it but I alwasy want to use the current year

Year
2003
2002
2001
2004

It should always pull 2004 since it's 2004. I know I'll only have to change once a year manually but I'd rather not have to. thanks.

Would give you the Year of the Current Date
