Y and N in Excel

I have Y and N answers in a multiple category spreadsheet. I am trying to pull them into a Pivot Table but, cannot seem to get it filtered correctly. The counts and Y/N are not filtering correctly.[TABLE="width: 500"]

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
More details required for any coherent answer, but guessing:
Y/N in the Values section won't work. Change Y to 1 and N to 2 on your source data then the counts/filter will work
