=XLOOKUP(E2:E11,A2:A5,C2:C5,,-1)
=FILTER(A2:A5,D2:D5>F2)
I want A5 to be dynamic to the last cell with a value. I've tried my hand at sequence and index, but it doesn't seem to work.

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Couldn't you just make it a big number? Example
Excel Formula:
=XLOOKUP(E2:E11,A2:A10000,C2:C10000,,-1)
Excel Formula:
=FILTER(A2:A10000,D2:D10000>F2)
