Xlookup 2 criteria 3 Lookup array

Hi I'm wondering how to make this work.

BTW I'm using my phone to send this question.

I do have 2 criteria and 3 lookup array.

Any method to make this work.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
We can't see what's in G19. Anyway, why isn't the date in I18 a criterion?

Right now your XLOOKUP will look for the string 111095410/03 in strings like 111095410/0310/04, which will not match. Are you looking for a tracker that checks if ID 1110954 is on leave on a given date?
