Xl2bb - excel (not responding)

I have tried three times to remove/download/install per XL2BB - Excel Range to BBCode and the "help article" Install an Excel Add-In - Peltier Tech ---- thought the properties dialog/unblock checkbox worked.

I have Xl2bb on the menu bar, but when I highlight the cells and click 'mini sheet' I keep getting "Excell (not responding)" - so I kill excel, try again.....and the loop continues.

I'm trying to get this loaded because I have tried to adapt something Peter helped me with --- for six-frickin-hours ?????

I'll admit my little brain is fried, nevertheless, can someone please give me some suggestions to get this add-in working?

Could your issue be the same as this see particularly post #5?

I don't think it's exactly the same - but now I'm wondering if (and will play around with) the data validation. It happens when I only select B6:D14 as well, which only has formulas in B7:B14.

The "look up by vendors" is a simple drop down, but the "select: vendors" is an indirect() menu, which then populates the table below.... this case: the mfg column should only list what is associated with "Uni-Med."
