XL2Bb Disappears from the Ribbon

Can someone please help me?

Every time I shut down Excel and start it up again, I see that the MrExcel sections and their icons for XL2Bb have disappeared from both the Home tab and the Help tab in the Ribbon. I have to click on Developer | Excel Add-ins | uncheck XL2Bb and then repeat the process to re-check XL2Bb for it to be in the ribbon.

Is there some setting I've missed?
