Hi - I am being asked to upload using the above but having found the article I am having issues running it after the download appears in my download folder.

Does it work for all versions of excel as I am keen to use and then people can start rehelping me

It works for all version/operating systems as listed at the top of this page

Sorry Peter, may I check with you, as I have downloaded the Add In now showing in my AddIns for the v2010 but I can't appear to see XL2BB anywhere on my Ribbons - should I be able to see anywhere please

Yes, you should see it at the right of the menus above the ribbon

That is not the case for every user (depends where the Add-In file is saved & the individual user's set-up) and I must admit it is a long way down, but that is covered in the linked page:
