Wrong SUM calculated

Hello,

I have some formulas in some cells that display 0. When I SUM these cells it displays 1241.
Also, in some other instance, the sum is VALUE when I only see numbers in these cells.

Can you tell me please what the problem is?
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
SUM ignores text. Either you have a #VALUE error in the sum range (Perhaps a hidden row/column) or this relates to your question about circular references.
