Writing multi-worksheet PDFs

I have a need to concatentate several worksheet pages to wite a single PDF. I have been successfully doing this (using CutePDF as writer) for a long time. Today, it is trying to write the pages one at a time. I had to merge some pages in manually from another worksheet into this file, which is the only difference from when I last succeeded in doing it. Have I upset some setting which allows concatenation? It seems I can print the multiple pages but not write them as a joined document to a PDF. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
