Writing a SPSS syntax file as an Excel macro

I need help from this forum: I have a small SPSS syntax file that needs to be converted/written as an excel macro. I am not an expert in excel and was wondering what would be the best way to do it. Any help/comments will be appreciated, thanks.

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
