Write a paragraph inside a cell.

Hello:

Im trying to put like a paragraph inside a cell and do not know how to do so:

Ex:

Section 23.d (page 234) Recording Keeping
“You should keep records for ever…”
Section 23.f (page 235) Shame on you section


How can i put all of these, with the same spaces and alignment inside a cell? Many thanks
