Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way to wrap text to mutliple rows if the colum width is reached. I have seen the post with a macro, however this does not work on merged cells.

This is what I am working with:

I have a excel sheet that is a report, it uses formulas to pull through the spesified individuals performance from a seperate sheet.
example:

In the section for comment, there are 2 rows that are underlined. I need the text displayed to automatically fit to the width of the wrapped column and spill over to the next line.

is this at all possible?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Why not just make the comment one cell, word wrapped, and format the text as underlined?

The lines must remain the same lengt on all the reports. It is printed on pre-printed paper and must fit into the box provided. The lines must be the full lengh and exactly the same on all reports

I was thinking that there is another alternative that I could use.

Can someone change the below macro to split to the next column instead of the next row?

Sub Justify_Selection()
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
Dim c As Range
For Each c In Selection
c.Justify
Next
End Sub
