Worksheet rows not moving with vertical scroll bar

Hi There. On certain workbooks, when I move the vertical scroll bar in a worksheet to move through the rows quickly, the rows do not move with the scroll bar. The same rows are shown until I release the vertical scroll bar with the mouse and then it jumps to the new rows. It must be a setting in either Excel or Office. This does not occur in IE, Firefox or any of the Windows Explorer windows. Does anybody know how to fix this? It would be greatly appreciated! I have already uninstalled then reinstalled Office.
