Worksheet Appears to be Locked

When I open my spreadsheet, it won't let me click on anything. I am able to scroll and use the up/down arrow keys, but it won't let me do anything with my mouse. I cannot do anything - can't click a cell, can't choose anything on the tool bar, can't even X out of the spreadsheet.

Any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi is there a small padlock or a similar icon near the tab (lower part of your worksheet)?
Check Tools / Protection / is it Unprotect or Protect sheet...?
