Workout Percentage

Hi there,

I am comparing service desk stats and I need to workout the % of calls answered vs total incidents & requests logged.
Column E2 contains Answered Calls and Column H2 contains Total number of Incs & Requests logged.

I was using the following formula =(E2-H2)/H2 but don't think it's correct?

Any assistance would be much appreciated - thanks in advance

Percentage of answered calls should just be E2/H2.
