Please can someone assist me with some formulas working with dates and yearly cycles.
I need formulas for the cells highlighted in green below based on today's date.

Excel 2013/2016
CDEFG
1Today05 March 2018

3Start DateCycle in yearsCurrent start cycleCurrent end cycleExpiring in
401 January 19985
508 November 20022
610 February 20133
Sheet1

The cycle in years tells you how many years it takes a cycle from the start date.
Eg. Start date = 01 January 1998 - I need to find the current cycle we in which would be 01 January 2014 to 31 December 2018.
Current start cycle will therefore be 01 January 2014 and current end cycle would be 31 December 2018.
Expiring must show the remaining years and months to reach 31 December 2018, in this case = 0 years & 10 months.

Thanks.
