Hi,
I am trying to work out the DAX to calculate the average time taken to fill a specific type of vacancy from my data source ‘CSD Archive’

To do this manually I would set filters on the following columns:
  • ‘% Filled (Static)’ to 100
  • ‘Route’ to 1.GRS
To work out the average I would then filter column:
‘Time Taken to Fill Vacancy (Working Days)’ to show results greater than 0.

From here, I would then select the results and use average showing at the bottom right of the excel page next to SUM & COUNT.

I have been trying various methods to work this out manually, but can’t get it working, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
