hi

I need working hrs calculation like if the IN time is 16:00 hrs. or 4 pm , and the OUT time is 21:30 hrs or 9:30 pm , then the hours calculation should return 1.5 hours and not 4 hours.

As Window is 9:00 to 17:30
Monday to Saturday

Thanks

This works provided you always start and stop working within the same day

=MIN(B2,"17:30")-MAX(A2,"9:00")

Start time A2 and end time in B2
