Workflow Creation in Excel via data table

Hi Excel Community!

I remember there is a functionality in Excel where you can create a workflow in a table format and when you process it, it produces a visio type chart based on the connections that you indicate in your table. Can someone remind me what that funcion or add-in is called? Thanks all!
