I will be attaching an Excel file to an email and sending it to a client for them to review. Is there anyway to prevent them from changing data in the workbook AND printing the Excel file that they changed? I need to have them only view it for reference. Thanks for your help!

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Open the workbook, select Tools, then select protection, then type in a password. This should lock all cells unless the password is know.
