Workbook Level Cell Reference for Picture

I have seen all the posts with the macro to change pcitures based on a cell value but I do not want that. I was wondering if someone knew how to store a picture in a cell, not a comment, name that cell Logo and then in other cells type =logo and the picture be displayed

Thanks for the help
