Workbook close help. Check to see if saved as a file name

I want my workbook to save as two cell ranges when it closes, and if it is already named that, then to just normally save and close. Example
In range D1 it has Joe Dirt
In range G1 it has 123456

I want to be able to close the workbook and have it save as JoeDirt123456

Once that workbook is saved, if I open it again and make changes and close out, it will just save it under that current name.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks!

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Pick a cell to put something in when you saved it.
Before saving the code should check the cell contents and decide whether to save or cancel.
Another thing you can use instead of a cell is a custom file property ( I prefer this).
