Workbook adding data from outside formula and also need to change positive to negative.

I have a workbook that keeps on adding data thats not part of an autosum.

If you look on the enclosed workbook in cell Z7 im trying to do a autosum for cells M7 to Y7 but its also taking the data from E7 too and I dont want it to. Also in row 8 if you look in cell AP8 its doing the same.

Also in column "I", I need figures automatically changed to negative when data input. I have a macro on it but it done appear to be working.
