Hi all

My wife has got two jobs in the caring profession and I'd like to help her keep on top of what families she works with as in, who, where, where and if on a regular weekly basis, bi-weekly basis, monthly etc.

It's getting quite complicated keeping track so any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Given that it's rostering and Outlook has some pretty powerful calendar options, I'd suggest that she check out creating a special calendar for her work roster. You can schedule by week, fortnight, month, or a fuzzy date (ie 3rd Tuesday each month) and set up recurring appointments for the regulars.

Perhaps Microsoft Project is an option? Really a nice tool if you have interesting projects to analyse.

Thanks for that, I knew there was a way in Outlook but couldn't for the life of me remember where, I kept looking a tasks for some reason.

Not familiar with Microsoft Project so will have a look at that, always up for learning something new :-)
