I have been tasked to show how long a work order number should take to complete vs how long it has taken an engineer to complete. I need to be able to select a certain engineer and all their WO numbers within a date range will be listed along with expected completion time and actual completion time.

Next taking this up a level, I need to show all engineers under a manager, and their expected/actual completion time. Eg

Manager: Susan
Eng1
Eng2
Eng3

My issue is, as with many organisations there's many levels up the hierarchy. Eg.
Level 1: CEO
Level 2: C-suite
Level 3: Head of departments
Level 4: Managing Engineers
Level 5: Engineers

In this everyone reports to the CEO and so on. Please suggest a solution to bucket engineers and sort accordingly and managers they report to.

Thanks

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
So, you do a list with "Levels" and after a list for every name in "Level" with their hierarchy down. You call a level/Name hierarchy and will shows everybody under.
Something like this. I hope I understood correctly.
