Word scrolling question

I have two monitors and go back and forth between them. I have Microsoft Word 2007 on one monitor. When I click on the monitor that does not have the Word document on it, and then go back to the monitor that does have Microsoft Word and click anywhere on the screen, Word automatically goes back to the first page of the document no matter where I am in the document. Then I have to scroll down to where I was every time I click off the Word screen.
