Word Problem.......[P1] in Document

Can you help?

For someone help for some unknown reason I have the below work I have created. There is a item appearing which is a bit annoying which is coming up in brackets. This document needs to be PDF and sent out to a client but when I did this it is on the PDF document.

Can you help ???????
