Is there a way to move focus to the paste options box that comes up (after pasting something) so I can select "keep source formatting", "match destination formatting", or "keep text only" with keystrokes, instead of using the mouse?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
I think that there is... Check out 'preferences' under Word, and look for Editing options. It has been awhile since I have used Word though..
