Off topic but I thought I would ask anyway...

I use Word to generate several documents regularly that have duplicate text in them (Company Name for example). I would like a way that I can fill in this information just once (say the first occurance) and have it automatically populate each place that the word(s) would go.

I know this is proberbly in Help, but without know what it is called I cannot find anything.

Any help is much appreciated,

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
You want to create custom properties (which you can find in Word help), and then insert fields that reference those properties.

The method changed significantly from Word 2003 to 2007 (the only version I have installed). If that's what you use, I can walk you through it.
