Word Cannot Find Data Source

I created a Mail Merge document in Word 2007, and have since changed the file location for one of the sources. Now I am getting a "[file name] is a mail merge document. Word cannot find its data source." I know where the new location is, but I'm unsure how to change this reference. Any tips on what to do when data sources change locations (ie how to update the excel and/or word files)?

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
