I have a Word document that was created from a mailmerge. I want to create an individually saved document for each record.

I've tried to see if this could be done by printing it as a pdf, but of course it creates it as one document.

There are more than 600 records.

Any suggestions? Or am I crazy.

Thanks

hi kiki,

If you're using Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 or later and Word 2003 or later, that application has the capacity to merge to individual PDFs. See the Acrobat Help file for more details.

That was my next test. Thank you.

Unfortunately, everyone in the company doesn't have the same software, so knowing how to accomplish a task many ways is very beneficial.

Thank you so much, you don't know how much time and hair pulling you all saved me.
