Word 2000 Query - Missing Normal.Doc File

HI

When i open Word 2000 I have one of my documents opening. How do i restore my normal.doc file. So when i open word it will give me my Normal file.

Two things to check, for starters:

Go to Tools\Options\File Locations and make sure you haven't accidentally changed your startup folder somehow. Any files within that folder will open when Word starts.

If that's ok, flip it around. Go to the listed Startup folder and make sure you haven't accidentally saved a file there.
