I was wondering if i could setup a watchman on a Accel Form that would send a e-mail to a mailbox when a new entery has been made? How do you do this?

This code works for me, but I belive that some outlook setups will block sending Emails. You will probably want to put it in the After Update event of your form.
Code:
Dim olApp As Object, olMail As Object
Set olApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
Set olMail = olApp.CreateItem(olMailItem)
With olMail
   .To = "abc@xyz.com"
   .Subject = "Record Updated"
   .Body = "A record has been updated"
   .DeleteAfterSubmit = True
   .Send
End With
Set olMail = Nothing
Set olApp = Nothing
