Hello,

I am having some trouble with VBA. I am trying to write a sub that will make the border thick if a certain cell is not empty, and thin if a different cell is not empty.

I can't seem to use the "With Selection.Borders(x1EdgeTop) twice.

If B.Value <> "" Then
With Selection.Borders(xlEdgeTop)
.Weight = xlThick
End With
ElseIf x.Value <> "" Then
With Selection.Borders(x1EdgeTop)
.Weight = x1Thin
End With
End If

The second one give me a run time error. No idea why.

Any thoughts?

I already tried using With Selection.Offset(-1,0).Borders(x1EdgeBottom) instead.

If anyone can help I would be very grateful!

Thank you.
