Window Tablets

I am thinking about investing in a tablet, mainly for Internet browsing and excel.

can anyone suggest a good tablet that is good for excel / vba?

You can think in tablets or convertibles (Is a laptop that you can separate the screen from the keyboard) from Microsoft (Tabletas y equipos - Microsoft Windows)
You can install the original Office.

In iOS and Android, you can find a lot of approaches to a Microsoft Office but you cannot have all the features.
