How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
why should anyone have to go thru all this mess because of MS win10 disaster. If I buy the Office365, will the new excel straighten this out?

Thanks Sandy. I read it and my eyes water and heart pounds. It's over my head. If I buy office365, will the new excel fix it?

All versions should work on Win10, even 95 or '97 :) but if you want to pay monthly or yearly - buy 365 subscription, but if you want to pay once - buy Office 2019
