Hello

In C6 I put 3.

In C15 I put:
=IF($C$14:C14<=C6,0)

However the C15 says FALSE iinstead of 0!

Why that? It's so confusing!

Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
In your formula 0 is the value if true.

If 0 should be the value if false then you should use. replace value of true here with what you want if true
Code:
=IF($C$14:C14<=C6,value of true here,0)

What's in C14? Did you array-enter the formula? What do you think it does?

FYI, the reason for the FALSE is that you didn't tell the formula what to do if C14 is not less than or equal to C6, so it returns FALSE by default.
