Why is pasted text parsing???

I've been creating spreadsheets to cost ingredients in recipes. Copying and pasting text from the Internet worked fine for four days, then yesterday everything I tried to paste into EXCEL seemed to parse on the letter O. Here's an example:

How can I stop this from happening?

Select a cell, choose Data|Text To Columns and clear any delimiters at Step 2. Excel remembers them.
