why doesnt xlookup act the same in different cells?

Basically I have a table im adding numbers to and underneath xlookup searches up that value and returns a value and "if_not_found" is set to "not found", however it seems to trigger when a cell is empty? but it doesnt trigger in other cells... but it fixes it if i edit the cell?
