Why doesn't my VBAProject close when Workbook is closed??

The original VBAProject remains when I reopen the same Workbook...

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Do you have any COM add-ins like Power Pivot in use?

I don't know then - that's the only thing I have ever seen cause that sort of behaviour.
