Why does it Keep changing to CUSTOM PAPER SIZE

I am sorry to bother the forum with such a question but this is getting old.
I have my paper size setup to a 11x17 and when I go to file and then print the paper size always says CUSTOM PAPER SIZE and i have to go in and change it. I no its a small issue but Im ready to pull my hair out.

You could set the print area and then select the paper size and if the file is saved, it should work properly.
