Why does Excel keep crashing when I click on "Apply borders to this selection" icon

Might want to give a bit more info. Is this with a newly loaded workbook? Only a specific workbook? Only with a certain selection? Etc.

Thanks for the direction, even though you probably didn't think you did much. I closed all of it out, reopened, tried with a clean workbook (it worked) and tried again with what I wanted and it worked. Feeling kinda silly, but grateful nonetheless. Thanks for your time.
