Hi Folks

I was to design my own form with a query...but now I'm not sure what to do ...When I get to the subtotal and build the expression

Sum=([Total])

I get this in form view #Name?

Why is that and how can I get it to add 15 lines together at the bottom...In excel I knew how to do to the subtotal you click on the sum key highlight the cells you want to add up..to simple ...But it's not cut and dry in access....Any help would be appreciated....This is the fianl stage and I'll be finish....I also looked at the sample of a mdb that Corticus sent to me but I'm able to use the techniques in that mdb to the form I'm designig.....

Thank You ahead of time for any assistance the awesome board members can give me...Have a great day
