I'm looking to learn VBA and upgrade my Excel skills from manual entry monkey to ActiveX one button-pressing six-gun shooting code writer.
I've looked on Amazon and there are a few books that jump out at me that go from beginner level to intermediate/advanced VBA programming. Here's the short list:
Mastering VBA for Microsoft Office 2016 - Richard Mansfield
Excel 2016 Power Programming with VBA (Mr. Spreadsheet's Bookshelf) - Michael Alexander
and of course..
Excel 2016 VBA and Macros (MrExcel Library) - Bill Jelen, Tracy Syrstad
I am wondering if anyone has any experience with these titles or ones like them and could offer some guidance on which is a better value as far as content (all books are around $30 US). Or if there is something better out there that I'm not finding.
Thanks for your Time.....Ahead of Time
