Somehow now when I visit the Excel Forum there is the "moving" video and now as I write I'm seeing this Vida Guerra - Malibu Party crap..
WATCH NOW !! << I don't think so (for me)....

Has it somehow gotten into my Mr Excel (code sheet)? If not, is the ad being permitted by Me Excel?

I think it is highly unprofessional to allow such content. Let folks go to a **** site if they want this "kind on thing"..

Jim, there aren't video ads on the site.. in the upper right, there's MrExcel flash content - things *we* create and on our server.
In the center top, there's text only ads from google.
If you're seeing video - sounds like something installed on your computer...

It sounds like it's in the place where the all text google ads go? Do you see the google ads? If not.. some kind of adware that hijaacks the google ad?

Also, try going to: http://www.theofficeexperts.com/forum/ - this is another site owned by Bill - there's also a google ad at the top of that forum. If it's also replaced - then we're getting close!

Thank you so much for "hanging-in-there" over such a sensitive subject, but somehow RIGHT-NOW, my problem seems to have disappeared.
As you suggested, I went to OfficeExperts.com/forum (clicking on the link you provided) and didn't see the material. I have sense gone to my msnbc.com site and the MrExcel.com Message Board not to see the material. So as of tonight everything looks OK...

well, hope it stays clean. perhaps next time it happens, you can get a screengrab and send it to me. not sure what we could learn - but you never know.
