While 64 bit excel uses 12 cores at very high values such as 96%-99%, it uses only 1.5 GB of 16 GB RAM.

Dear community,

I realized that Excel had a memory error on the computer given to me at my new workplace, and that there was a 32-bit installation. Excel took minutes to apply the formulas and sometimes even stopped responding. As a solution, I installed 64 bit Excel with great expectations and difficulties. But now I can't get the performance I want. While Excel is fully loaded on 12 cores (more than %96), it only takes a bite out of the RAM, 2GB at most. I have seen some friends having the same problem in community. I leave infrastructure information and steps I have followed so far below. Thank you very much in advance for your support.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
I think the question, should be addressed directly to Microsoft. It's not a question related direcly as an Excel question, but more a technical/software related question.

Thank you for reply, I have already make contact with MS community, but user experience is gold. If there is someone who face that kind problem, would be very helpful.
